Callista Weatherford

Education

Callista attended Colorado Christian University where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 2009. She then went on to complete a Master of Public Administration degree from the University of Colorado in 2010. 

Experience

From 2010-2016, Callista worked for the U.S. Department of Interior awarding and administering contracts for the U.S. Geological Survey, purchasing everything from mass spectrometers to prairie dog bait. After a break to focus on her family, Callista worked for Maher & Maher Law, PC as a legal assistant and later a criminal defense paralegal. In August of 2025, she joined the Goines Law team as a Legal Assistant, bringing all her excellent experience (and some prairie dog bait) to the firm.

PERSONAL LIFE

In 2016, Callista, her husband JT, and their son moved to Colorado Springs to put down roots in JT's hometown. They love playing board games, camping, and attending Friday Night services at New Life Church. When she has free time, Callista works on adding to her extensive collection of hand-knit sweaters.
